1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Condition: Returned products must be in resaleable condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@teeflips.in with your order number, item(s) details, and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status and process your refund if eligible.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition or returned late.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please email us at support@teeflips.in within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return once it is delivered.
