1. Return / Refund Policy

  • Refund Method once we recieved the product you will get exchange option of same amount of products from your account


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please email us at teeflipsin@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement 


3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return once it is delivered.
