Black Straight Fit Active Pants | Ultra-Flexible High-Waist Athleisure

Horrible material service bad did not like the fit also they tell they will customise but they don’t keep their words

The material is good..but back pattern is different thn the picture...at the back it's V shape at the butt which looks weird

How am I supposed to enjoy it when the black pants I purchased had horizontal waistband in picture but what I received had v cut shape that looks really wierd. And since the day it got delivered I had been writing mails and trying everything to get a resolution but nothing has happened yet. See my mails and you will know how pathetic my experience was. Till now that active pants are kept packed waiting for the exchange for a new one. I must say this was my worst shopping experience ever because worst part is that I can't even opt for return the item as no option is shown on website.

I had very negative experience from my very first purchase from the brand. Though I must say quality was great except for the colour black which is not rich jet black and that's why I was looking forward to a new one but sorry to say never gonna buy anything from this brand again.
